LilyPad Senior, Assisted Living Advisors was born of personal experience navigating the senior care industry. As daughters of aging parents and mothers to teen children, we know how challenging it can be to make sure all of our loved ones are well cared for.

We provide high quality, personalized service from initial consultation until you find just the right pad.

    Lisa brings liveliness and laughter to every environment she is in. Being in the Senior Living space allows her love of people and family to come together as she helps families all over find just the right fit. With over 15 years of experience managing teams and creating experiences, she wanted to help people in a very real way, closer to home.

    Lisa holds an MBA from Penn State and a BA from UC Davis.

    Lisa and her family live in Marin County, CA. She enjoys traveling, the arts and following the US Women's National Soccer Team.

    Owner, Advisor

    Tenesa brings a deep commitment to community and being of service to all of her personal and professional endeavors. LilyPad Senior provides her a unique opportunity to bring together her years of experience in customer service, management, and counseling to help families within her community.

    Tenesa holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a BA from UC Santa Barbara.

    Tenesa grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently lives in Northern Marin With her family and a menagerie of pets. In her spare you will find volunteering with PTA and Girl Scouts, listening to Podcasts, or belly laughing with her friends.
